Pricing

For the creation of a new "vOW workspace" with a DEMO workshop (see workshop types ) including:

• a one hour Q/A session for you and your team

• access for up to 5 people in your delivery team

• one year access (If there is an active PREMIUM workshop on the "vOW workspace" at the end of the one year period, all access(es) will be prolonged for free until one month after the final delivery of the PREMIUM workshop.)

=> 80€ plus local taxes

Process to get access

1. Send an email to "info AT powerandsystems DOT com" asking for the creation of a "vOW workspace". Indicate clearly in your email:

   • the email address we will use for all virtual OW correspondance with you (example: martine@mycompany.com)

   • the Google account email from which you will manage your virtual OW workshops. If you do not have a Google account, you can create one here just for the purpose of managing the virtual OW workshops.

   • the company name, address and tax number if relevant (like VAT in Europe) we will put on the invoice

2. After Power+System has checked that you are a certified OW trainer, you will receive by email a link to an invoice with a credit card payment (see pricing above)

3. And once we have created your "vOW workspace", you will receive in a second email its direct link pointing in the Google Drive part of the Google account you have given us.

Pricing

You can only order a PREMIUM workshop (see workshop types ) if you do already have a current access to your own "vOW workspace".

The price per PREMIUM workshop, with two time windows of 5 hours is:

=> 120€ plus local taxes

Process to obtain a PREMIUM workshop

1. Send an email to "info AT powerandsystems DOT com" asking for the creation of a PREMIUM workshop. Indicate clearly in your email:

   • the name of the existing "vOW workspace" where this PREMIUM workshop will be added

   • the 2 starting dates/times in UTC time zone of the two 5-hours windows where the financial part of the PREMIUM workshop will be operational. Please triple-check as you are responsible in case of error in UTC date/time. You can get help about getting date/time in UTC here.

   • the name you want to give to this PREMIUM workshop

2. You will receive by email a link to an invoice with a credit card payment (see pricing above)

3. Once you have paid, we will create your PREMIUM workshop with your chosen name

4. We will then send you a confirmation email with the two UTC 5 hour windows we have registered.
   Keep this email: it contains also the instructions to modify upcoming 5 hour time window(s) for an existing PREMIUM workshop.

Access extension for 1 year to an existing "vOW workspace"

=> 50€ plus local taxes

If there is an active PREMIUM workshop on the "vOW workspace" at the end of the one year period, all access(es) will be prolonged for free until one month after the final delivery of the PREMIUM workshop.

Process to extend existing access(es) to an existing "vOW workspace"

• Send an email to "info AT powerandsystems DOT com" asking for the extension of your access to a "vOW workspace". Indicate clearly in your email the exact name of the "vOW work area" to which you want to extend your access for 6 month.

• Both the email indicated in the "vOW workspace", and the requesting email if different, will then receive by email a link with an invoice and a credit card payment (see pricing above)

• Once the payment is done and we have extended your access, the same email(s) will receive a confirmation email.
