about us

Serge Pegoff

I have been helping some of the world’s leading organizations with their large change challenges in Europe for over 20 years. More importantly, I have “walked the talk” and successfully managed groups of consultants at Arthur D.Little and KPMG and then more than 50 engineers at Unisys.

But in truth, I am far from a natural line manager. It took me time to realize that to do the work which keeps me passionate, helping leaders to create contexts for human growth, I would need to become a coach for executives, managers and teams.

My particular focus these days is on helping leaders to create a context for effective cooperation and human growth. I see how many leaders are struggling to achieve these results because they are isolated and the definitive “code” for leading large cultural changes has not been written yet. My experience as coach for large business changes has taught me that a (large) piece of that "code" is the awareness of the practical systemic impact of organizations on human behavior, as revealed through the Organization Workshop (see this website). To extend the reach of the Organization Workshop, I have pioneered since the first 2020 confinement its transfer to the virtual world, together with my professional colleagues.

On a personal note, I am the proud father of 5 children who are now adults living their own life, and 6 grandchildren. My practice of Vipassana meditation helps me to accept the highs and lows of human life with more equanimity.

Philippe Leliaert

It is not the strongest species that survive, nor the most intelligent, but the ones most responsive to change”. This quote by Charles Darwin speaks to me of agility - a quickness of body and mind, the ability to adjust - and of resilience - the ability to recover from mistakes or setbacks. I have made it my mission to help individuals, teams and organisations become both more agile and more resilient, two key qualities everyone needs - and not only those who lead but also those who follow.

Although I studied engineering, I was trained as a problem-solver, which has served me well during my initial professional career in research and in internal audit. But my solutions and recommendations were not always executed in the way I had in mind. And there I learned that the solution was not mine to find, but rather by those that had to own it.

Since then, and for over 17 years, I have been a consultant, trainer and coach helping teams and organisations work better together towards finding solutions that work for them. My engineering and auditing backgrounds bring me to ask challenging questions meant to test the limits of people’s comfort zones, enticing them discover possibilities beyond.

I enjoy taking people in teams on a journey of learning - about themselves, their colleagues, the way they work as teams - mostly through games and simulations (and occasionally Argentine tango) that offer a fun, safe and risk-free environment for finding and testing boundaries, for failing and for succeeding, for discovering a route towards truly exceptional team performance.
